Terms and Conditions: Emtrica
This document constitutes a legal agreement between the Customer and EMTRICA IT SOLUTIONS SL (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”), operating under the brand Emtrica.
By purchasing or reserving a product from the Company, the Customer implicitly agrees to the terms and conditions outlined below.
1. General Information

- Applicability: These terms apply to all sales, including new products, custom orders, and used products.
2. New Products (Ready for Delivery)
For products currently in stock and not made-to-order:
- Return Policy: The Customer has the right to return the item within 30 days from the date of purchase.
- Product Condition: To be eligible for a refund, the item must be returned in “as new” condition. It must show no marks, scratches, or signs of wear. If the item is returned with any signs of use, a refund will not be possible.
- Logistics & Liability:
- Return costs for packaging and delivery must be paid entirely by the Customer.
- The responsibility for the freight (risk of damage or loss during transit) remains with the Customer until the item is received by the Company.
3. Custom Orders and Reservations
For products that are not ready for delivery and require a build or specific order:
- Reservation: The Customer must contact the Company and provide an advance payment to reserve the instrument.
- Delivery Notification: The Company will inform the Customer of the estimated delivery date upon receipt of the deposit.
- Company Cancellation: The Company reserves the right to cancel an order at its discretion. In this case, the Company is obligated to refund the advance payment in full without further motivation.
- Customer Cancellation: If the Customer pays the advance payment and subsequently cancels the order, no refund of the advance payment will be provided.
- Delays: In case of a production delay, the Customer will be contacted. A formal claim may only be submitted if the delay exceeds 60 days from the estimated delivery date.
- Final Payment: When the instrument is ready, the Customer has 30 days to pay the remaining balance. Failure to do so will result in the loss of the advance payment, and the Company will be free to sell the instrument on the open market.
4. Used Products
- Advertising: Used products will be clearly labeled and advertised as such.
- Refund Policy: Used products are non-refundable.
- Warranty: Used products carry a 1-year guarantee provided by the Company.
- Exclusions: Aesthetic defects are not covered under the guarantee and are not grounds for a refund or repair claim.
5. Guarantee and Warranty
- New Products: All new products are covered by a 2-year guarantee.
- Coverage Limitations: The guarantee does not cover:
- Accidental damage.
- Usage marks or wear and tear resulting from normal use.
- Warranty Shipping: In the event of a return for warranty service, the shipment costs are the sole responsibility of the Customer.
